Information on the processing of personal data
Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
We consider privacy a fundamental value, and for this reason we constantly strive to process information about you with fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, always protecting your privacy and your rights in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (the "GDPR"), Legislative Decree 196/2003, and other applicable provisions regarding the protection of personal data. We therefore provide you with the following information:
Nature of the data processed - The data processed by the website www.giacomobattera.it are identifying data such as name, surname, email, and IP address.
Purpose of processing - Your data will be processed only for the strictly necessary time and, in cases where required, also subsequently to comply with legal obligations.
Processing methods – The processing of your data is carried out using tools and procedures suitable to guarantee a high level of security and confidentiality, and may be carried out both through our website and through other electronic tools.
Navigation data – Log files: the computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of the website www.giacomobattera.it detect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable users. Data provided voluntarily by the user – Your possible voluntary and explicit sending of emails to the addresses indicated in the different access channels of the website www.giacomobattera.it and the completion of the specifically prepared "forms" obviously means that we will acquire your email address and other data necessary to respond to your requests and/or provide the service you request. We will not abuse this information.
Cookies – On the website www.giacomobattera.it, no IT techniques are used in any way for the direct acquisition of the user's personal identifying data or for user tracking or profiling systems. Even though we are always available to examine your requests and resolve any problems that may concern the processing of your personal data, we also remind you that in any case you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, namely the Data Protection Authority.
